MARCH in new Top Shelf e-book HUMBLE BUNDLE!

March: Book One is currently part of an exciting pay-what-you-want Humble Bundle package, alongside other Top Shelf books (Ed Piskor's Wizzywig, Alan Moore & Eddie Campbell's From Hell and From Hell Companion, and Alex Robinson's Too Cool To Be Forgotten) and work by George R.R. Martin, Terry Goodkind, Cory Doctorow, and Neil Gaiman.

The Humble Bundle is awesome, all around: pay as much (or as little) as you'd like for tons of digital book releases, with bonus books added if you pay more than the average price paid (which is still under $10 total!). A portion of the sales go to benefit two great organizations: the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund and Doctors Without Borders.

The Humble Bundle package will only be around until June 11th, so please scoop these books up while you can! Thanks.

Top Shelf graphic novels now available as DRM-free digital!

My incredible publisher Top Shelf announced yesterday that it's launched a wave of direct DRM-free digital versions of graphic novels. Here's their press release!

My books Swallow Me Whole and March: Book One are in this first wave of releases. In addition, they're doing a super cheap print-and-digital bundle direct from their site. The digital version of March is only $1.99 in a bundle with the print edition, and Swallow Me Whole is only $2.99.

Paste's Best Comics Artists of 2013 + MARCH in Congress!

I'm honored to've been included in Paste magazine's Best Comics Artists of 2013, alongside some of my very favorites including Dash Shaw, Paul Pope, Fiona Staples, David Aja, and Mike Allred!

Another news item: Top Shelf has given digital copies of March: Book One to every single member of Congress, along with a digital version of Martin Luther King, Jr. And The Montgomery Story!

SOUNDS OF YOUR NAME digital re-release Sept. 19!

I'm pleased to announce that Top Shelf will be digitally reissuing my hard-to-find omnibus Sounds Of Your Name, which collects almost all my long out-of-print comics from 1998-2004. This volume clocks in at around 330 pages, is rearranged chronologically and has additional notes, annotations, and backstories for the comics contained within.

Sounds Of Your Name collects all of Tiny Giants, It Disappears, Walkie Talkie #1-4, Conditions, Frankenbones, and has excerpts from Wonderful Broken Thing and The Schwa Sound, as well as anthology stories from Syncopated, Meathaus, and Paper Rodeo. The print version is still available from Microcosm Publishing, but due to a curse it's nearly impossible to find in any stores anywhere. You can order it directly from me here.

The digital reissue hits on September 19th for a measly $3.99, and my site's store will have a download link (along with digital versions of all the other Top Shelf books).

and here's an excerpt from "Satellite Worlds" (Walkie Talkie #3-4):
